Congregational Meeting

We are in need of addressing several facility issues that have emerged after an assessment of our space.  The church council would like to use up to $25,000 for sealing and striping the parking lot, replacing countertops in the south bathrooms, replacing several broken windows in the sanctuary and fellowship space, and replacing concrete in the back of the building. Because this is above $5000 and was not part of our initial budget, we need to have the congregation discuss and vote in this short meeting.
