Pastor Brent brings warmth, creativity, and a heart for ministry to Family of Christ. Before joining the congregation, he served as a pastor in Marshall and Maplewood, enriching communities with his passion for storytelling, theater, and the arts.
Before his call to ministry, Pastor Brent earned a B.S. in Elementary Education and taught for seven years, an experience that shaped his love for working with people of all ages. Whether leading worship, teaching, or engaging in community outreach, he strives to connect faith to everyday life in meaningful and relatable ways.
Outside of church, Pastor Brent enjoys exploring the outdoors through hiking and biking, diving into a good book, or experimenting with creative projects in the arts. His family wouldn’t be complete without Joonie, his lively beagle who keeps life interesting. Pastor Brent is excited to walk alongside the Family of Christ community, sharing God’s love through faith, fellowship, and creativity.
